Especially in Deadfire, where your ability uses are all per-combat, so you don't have to worry about burning resources. I like having easy fights here and there as a way to reinforce the growth of your character and party, give you a break, let you enjoy the combat without having to pay a ton of attention. One thing I think that is unappreciated about RTwP is the ability to have trash fights without it really feeling like it's wasting your time. I've always found there's a big tactical difference when things operate simultaneously, as opposed to acting in sequence. I feel like I see this sentiment often, the idea that pausing a lot in RTwP makes it basically the same as turn based, and it surprises me.
